Mirror Diary compares you to one person only: you, ten days ago.
One scan a day. A written report every 10 days telling you which habits actually moved your number, and which ones did nothing.
Download on the App StoreTen seconds a day. Same light, same time. That consistency is the entire reason the number means anything.
Your first scan names the three signals working best for you today, then records a starting point. That number is not a verdict. It is the line everything else is measured from.
The camera shows a faint ghost of your last scan so you can match the angle. Both photos go to the model together, and it reports what changed rather than scoring you from scratch.
Five taps: slept, hydrated, moved, drank, stressed. Three seconds. This is the other half of the data, and without it there is nothing to correlate.
Your first read arrives. It names your strongest lever, cites the actual averages behind it, and tells you honestly which habit did less than you expected.
This is the part nobody else builds. Not a score. A finding.
Your number rose modestly across the last ten scans.
Sleep tracks with your strongest days. On the 6 days you logged 7 hours or more, your score averaged 7.1 against 6.4 on the days you did not.
Water shows up less than expected, moving the number by under a tenth.
Aim for seven nights of 7 hours before the next report.
Most apps in this category upload your photos and keep them. We do not. This was a deliberate architectural decision, not a marketing line.
Your photo passes through our server for a single reading and is deleted in the same request. We keep no copy.
What we store is your scores, your habit log, and dates. No images. No name, email, or phone number.
We do not build facial recognition templates or facial geometry. We could not identify you if we tried.
Delete every photo from your device in one tap, without deleting your account. Or delete everything, permanently.
Your daily scan, your streak, and your share cards are free. Premium is the full breakdown and the reports.
Free forever: your daily scan, your baseline, your streak, and your share cards.
Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region and over time. The price displayed in the App Store at the moment of purchase is the one that applies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your Apple ID settings.
No, and it is built specifically not to. There is no ranking, no comparison to other people, and no assessment of fixed features like bone structure or symmetry. It measures modifiable signals: skin clarity, the eye area, hydration, radiance, grooming, and posture, against your own earlier scans.
Because more than one would ruin the data. The difference between morning and evening light is larger than most real day-to-day change, so a second scan adds noise instead of information. Premium members can retake within 15 minutes if a shot came out badly, and the retake replaces the first rather than adding a new record.
They are analyzed and discarded on the server, and the only lasting copy stays in the app's private storage on your phone. Deleting the app removes them. You can also delete them all from Settings at any time.
No, and the report says so directly. Ten or thirty days of observation shows differences, not causes. What it can tell you honestly is which of your logged habits lines up with your better days, which is more than a guess and less than a study.
